Ironing Board:
- All metal construction - Durable, provides years of long standing use
- Ventilated metal board - Resistant to moisture and cools quickly
- Non-stick ironing board cover fits snuggly over the board and secures with a drawstring.
Storage:
- Hot iron storage shelf
- Additional storage shelf - Ability to store spray bottles, starch, other items in cabinet
Electrical:
- Timer - Choose when power is supplied
- Pilot light - Shows when power is “on”
- Built-in light - Provides functional lighting behind a shielded cover. (40 Watt bulb recommended, but not included.)
- Safety switch/Auto shutoff - Electric supply is turned off when door is closed
- UL and cUL Approved & Listed - Unit meets electrical safety standards in US and Canada
Wall Installation Choices:
- Recess mount - Provides stream-lined, “built-in” appearance
- Surface mount (collar required) - Easy to mount, no hole to cut in wall (collar sold separately), model AVDSMN
Hardware:
- Magnetic catch - Keeps door closed and neatly in place
- Door hinges (for left or right mounting) - Provides flexibility for your specific installation
Available With or Without Doors:
- Choice of simulated oak or white, included - Provides a complete unit, no need to buy separate door)
- No door - Allows you to choose a Custom Door (sold separately - see custom doors), or create a door to match your woodwork
